Blumarine

The Blumarine show started off with a beautiful confection of floral appliqué with sheer panels then transcended into monochromatic motifs and back again to the former theme with more turquoise and red flashes between the sheer & white textures. Truly beautiful!

Etro

For the Etro collection there was quite the hippie-meets-Native Indians theme throughout; from the flowy patterned dresses and the fringed details to the ponchos and the collective colour palette. All was very enjoyable and beautifully designed.

Tod’s

White and leather were a recurring theme for this RTW show that varied from square mesh, abstract prints and leather appliqué, which were also mixed in with teal, pale lilac & yellow and of course black too.

Missoni

Known for their wonderfully woven creations, the Spring collection featured a lot of nude palettes as well as vibrant colours in all sorts of patterns & motifs, with many of the models wearing chic headscarves or slicked back hairstyles.

Giamba

The sister brand of Giambattista Valli, this new collection came out in sheer white numbers, beautifully feminine mini dresses, flamingo-like and floral motifs or jacquard textures with polka dot tights on all the leggy models. I really loved this collection, as it was flirty, fun, and girly in every way possible.

Versace

Versace, Versace, Versace. The classic Italian fashion house pumped up the volume with their monochromatic geometric styles mixed in with sheen pastels, laser cut & mesh leather, the signature Versace Medusa motifs.
