Best Dressed at BAFTA Television Awards 2017

On Sunday night (May 14), the annual British Academy Television Awards 2017 (BAFTA TV), in partnership with Virgin TV, took place at the Royal Festival Hall in London. Unfortunately the heavens opened up with a bit of a downpour, but that didn’t stop the ladies & gentlemen from glorious red carpet fashion for these awards. Celebrating the best in British television, this year comedian and all-round sweetheart Sue Perkins hosted the ceremony, that put on a great show, which was televised at the weekend too. But as always, my main focus is on the fashion, so let’s see whose made the Killer Fashion Best Dressed List this year.

Killer Fashion Choice

The BAFTAs are a classy ceremony, both the film & television awards. Therefore I deem this Pamella Roland Autumn/Winter 2017 RTW gown a perfect choice, from its sultry plunging neckline covered by the sheer overlay cape, with its glittering finish in hues of purple. I just adore the lightweight finish, and although it’s not a summery dress it’s rather perfect for such an evening occasion. Pamella Roland, I heart thee.

The Best Dressed

Amanda Clapham was the most beautiful on the red carpet, donning this white tulle overlay embellished gown to the BAFTAs. The sleeveless Zuhair Murad creation featured a high scooped neck with strategically placed sequins & beads on the sheer bodice for a slight plunge effect, on a fitted body with a swooping train finish. She kept the rest of her look subtle’ simple crystal drop earrings, a slicked back straight hairstyle, soft smokey eyes & cat eyeliner, nude lips and strong brows. I adore this entire look, and delighted the blonde beauty wore my favourite fashion designer too! J’adore.
