Christmas is Coming: What to Wear for The Party Season

It’s that time of the year when our calendars start filling up with special dates, events and parties – and I for one am very excited! The Christmas party season is one of my all time favourites of each year, and for me the invitations just keep coming. But what do you wear when there are so many parties and not enough dresses? Look to my festive guide of all things glitz and glam, as I’m here to help get your outfits sorted quickly, and very easily.

Killer Fashion Christmas

I have scoured the online stores and in-store stock for pieces that are affordable, very stylish and sing “it’s party time!”, with three different price ranges. Plus, if you’re in need of a dress pronto, a selection of the online retailers also offer next-day delivery.

Affordable Attire – Under €50

For the woman who wants her party look not to break the bank, Dresses.ie, PrettyLittleThing, Zara, River Island, Dunnes Stores and brands at Next all offer inexpensive dresses. With special attention to detail such as embellishment, cut outs, perfect fits and a variety of Christmas colours.

Midway to Midnight – Under €100

If you can pay that extra bit more on your dresses, then choose from ASOS, Oasis, Zara, River Island and Next. Think velvet, sparkling sequins and sexy, comfortable fits. The selection might have you breaking into your savings but it’s totally worth it.

The Sky’s The Limit – Over €100

If you’re one of those lucky ladies with no price limit, then dive into Ted Baker, Virgos Lounge, Coco Boutique as well as the luxurious ranges by PrettyLittleThing and River Island. This luxe selection is high-end, so you’ll definitely have heads turning and people talking.
